成果简介NOVELTY - A composition comprises a gel composition of a biocompatible polymer and a p38 mitogen-activated protein (MAP) kinase blocker, and contains 3.1-8.0 wt.% polyvinyl alcohol, 0-4.6 wt.% polyvinylpyrrolidone, 0.008-0.02 wt.% polyvinylimidazole, 0.00065-0.002 wt.% p38 MAP kinase blocker, 0-0.9 wt.% sodium chloride, 7.7-13.3 wt.% glycerin, 0-0.009 wt.% sodium bisulfite and 100.0 wt.% or less purified water. The composition has a pH of 7.2-7.6. USE - Composition in the form of sterile gel used for preventing cicatricial-adhesive complications during heart surgery in subject (claimed).
