成果简介NOVELTY - Making rolled products with high corrosion and mechanical properties from deformable alloys of aluminum-magnesium system, involves subjecting workpiece obtained from aluminum-magnesium alloy to preliminary homogenization annealing, in two successive stages, where at first stage the homogenization annealing is carried out at 460± 10° C for 6 hours, and at the second stage it is carried out at 520± 10° C for 8 hours, after which carrying out hot rolling in reversing stand with rolling start temperature of 440± 10° C and deformation of 90-95%, then carrying out hot multi-pass rolling in continuous five-stand mill with metal temperature before rolling of at 430± 10° C and deformation in each pass from 30-36% to thickness of 4-6 mm, while the temperature at the end of hot rolling of 260± 10° C, to ensure that the resulting sheets have non-recrystallized structure with uniformly distributed β -phase, which contributes to obtaining high corrosion and mechanical properties. USE - The method is useful for manufacturing rolled products with high corrosion and mechanical properties from deformable alloys of aluminum-magnesium system. ADVANTAGE - The method produces rolled products which have non-recrystallized structure with uniformly distributed β -phase, thus contributing to obtain high corrosion and mechanical properties.
