成果简介NOVELTY - Method for performing indirect regulation of immunological process in calves during neonatal period by using probiotic microorganism-based product in pregnant cow involves giving a lyophilizate of an immobilized multicomponent synbiotic in form of a dry finely dispersed powder concentrate and a freeze-dried complex synbiotic composition in dry form, to pregnant cows 10-15 days before calving, and feeding agents obtained from calves with the second portion of colostrum to calves for 15 days based on a calculation of a daily dose. USE - The method is useful for performing indirect regulation of immunological process in calves during neonatal period. ADVANTAGE - The method reduces risk of developing gastrointestinal disease. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Method for performing indirect regulation of immunological process in calves during neonatal period by using probiotic microorganism-based product in pregnant cow involves giving a lyophilizate of an immobilized multicomponent synbiotic in form of a dry finely dispersed powder concentrate and a freeze-dried complex synbiotic composition in dry form, to pregnant cows 10-15 days before calving, and feeding agents obtained from calves with the second portion of colostrum to calves for 15 days based on a calculation of a daily dose using specific equation involving predetermined parameters such as 'Sd', 'lg', 'n', 'a', 'm' and 0.08, where 'Sd' is average daily dose, 'lg' is decimal logarithm of sum of factors, 'n' is number of colonies grown in a Petri dish (samples of at least 50 colonies are taken into account), 'a' is serial number of dilution, 'm' is body weight of the animal, and 0.08 is constant variable. The dry finely dispersed powder concentrate comprises 7.8 wt.% Lactobacillus acidophilus(B-4107) K-1-T with a titer of 2x 1012colony-forming units (CFU)/g, 7.8 wt.% Enterococcus faecium(B-4054) UDS 86 with a titer of 2x 108CFU/g, 3 wt.% lactulose, 21 wt.% dehydrated zeolite, 8 wt.% glutamic acid, 2 wt.% cysteine and 50 wt.% protective sucrose-gelatin medium. The freeze-dried complex synbiotic composition in dry form comprises 15.4 wt.% L.acidophilus(B-2585) 13, 15.4 wt.% E.faecium(B-2579) K-50, 11.9 wt.% inulin, 7.1 wt.% fructooligosaccharide (FOS) and 50 wt.% protective sucrose-gelatin medium.
