成果简介NOVELTY - Method for obtaining a fermented milk product involves (a) receiving raw materials, (b) separating milk and obtaining cream, (c) normalizing cream, pasteurizing at 95° C without holding, homogenizing, cooling, fermenting, ripening cream and packaging, where before pasteurization, 7.5 g multivitamin premix 730/4 is added to the normalized cream per 10 kg of product, then pasteurization is performed at a 95° C without holding, and before use, the premix is dissolved in cream at a temperature of 20-22° C. USE - The method is useful for obtaining a fermented milk product.
