| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - The assembly (200) has a rotor sub-assembly provided with a hollow tube adapted to be inserted inside a hollow space of a rotor shaft (101) of a rotavator (100). Multiple magnets (204) are attached at an inner side of the hollow tube at predetermined intervals along a length of the hollow tube. A stator sub-assembly comprises a stationary rod (201) adapted to be inserted into the hollow tube. An end of the stationary rod is attached to a frame (104) of the rotavator such that the stationary rod remains stationary on rotation of the rotor shaft. The generator assembly is configured to generate electricity on operation of the rotavator by inducing a voltage across multiple stator coils (202) on the rotation of the rotor sub-assembly due to the rotation of the rotor shaft during operation of the rotavator. USE - Generator assembly for generating electric power from a rotational movement of a rotor shaft of a rotavator used in agricultural operations such as cutting and mixing topsoil, preparing seedbeds, and removal of weeds. ADVANTAGE - The generator assembly is easily removable and re-insertable into the rotor shaft, thus facilitating ease of maintenance and replacement. The assembly is easy to assemble, low cost of components, and simple configuration of the assembly. The magnets of rotor sub-assembly within hollow shaft or rotor shaft protects the magnets from corrosion and the effect of external environmental factors, thus extending the life of generator assembly. Since the assembly is compact, the range of the electric agricultural vehicle is enhanced, and the fuel economy of the internal combustion engine agricultural vehicle in which an alternator is replaced/disconnected during rotor application is improved.
