| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - Method for treating the inter-intestinal anastomosis zone involves (a) preparing platelet-rich autologous plasma by collecting venous blood from the patient intraoperatively into a plasma lifting test tube containing an anticoagulant and a separating gel filter, centrifuging the test tube at 3500 revolutions per minute (rpm) for 10 minutes, and separating the blood into platelet-rich plasma and an erythrocyte clot, and collecting the plasma from the test tube with a sterile syringe, and (b) treating the inter-intestinal anastomosis zone with the resulting autologous plasma. USE - The method is useful for treating the inter-intestinal anastomosis zone. |
