成果简介	NOVELTY - The assembly has a shaft assembly connected with a hollow shaft (204) for receiving a power. A sensor cable assembly is formed with a shaft hole (202) for applying a sealant. The shaft is connected to a stator of a motor. A power and sensor cable assembly is fixed with a sheath and a necessary associated components. The associated components comprise a spring coil that is wound around the power cable and mounted on the shaft through the hollow shaft to create a uniform gap between the cable and the hollow shaft. The spring coil act as a passage for the sealant to cover 360 degrees throughout the shaft length to prevent ingress of liquids and contaminants inside a hub motor. USE - Hub motor assembly for use in an electric vehicle e.g. electric scooter and an e-bike. ADVANTAGE - The assembly ensures effective sealing by preventing ingress of liquids and contaminants and increases flexibility in design and configuration of power cable for efficient flow of the sealant within groove profile to achieve comprehensive coverage throughout a cable and shaft assembly. The assembly is easy to implement and cost-effective without need for additional testing, infrastructure, manpower, specialized skill sets or special training. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a method for sealing a hub motor assembly as claimed in claims.
