成果简介NOVELTY - The method involves performing the construction of a prognostic model of the risk of the disease. The prognostic model is constructed based on data from the childhood period of infection. The indicator of the probability of an adult becoming ill with tuberculosis is estimated using the formula representing base of the natural logarithm, value calculated by the regression equation, risk factor that takes into account the inclusion of a child in the dispensary register for group, risk factor that takes into account the presence of a frequent diagnosis in the child medical history, and the risk factor that takes into account the child place of residence, with variable value assigned depending on the absence or presence of risk. The high risk of an unfavorable outcome of the disease is predicted, if the probability indicator value is greater than or equal to 0.5. USE - Method for predicting incidence of pulmonary tuberculosis in adults based on data from childhood period of infection.
