| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - Invention refers to medicine, namely otorhinolaryngology, physical and rehabilitation medicine, physiotherapy, and can be used in treating chronic laryngitis in patients with Sjogren's disease. Complex conservative treatment is performed, which additionally involves a three-stage aerosol therapy of the mucous membrane of the nasal cavity, pharynx and larynx with 0.9 % normal saline solution, sounded with low-frequency ultrasound with an amplitude of acoustic oscillations of 40–50 mcm, frequency of acoustic ultrasonic vibrations from 28.4 kHz, temperature of therapeutic solution 32–34 °C. Duration of session is 10 minutes, daily, once a day, course of up to 10 days. Also, externally, on the neck skin in the area of the projection of the vocal folds on the right and on the left, the exposure to monochromatic non-coherent radiation is performed in the visible light spectrum with wavelength of 530 nm, light flux power of 750 mW, duration of 2.5 minutes on each side, daily, once a day, for up to 10 days. USE - Medicine.
