成果简介NOVELTY - The method involves eliminating an oronasal communication, using a scalpel to make an incision in a mucous membrane along a transitional fold and peeling off a mucoperiosteal flap. A skeletonization of the bone in the area of the lower jaw is performed from the vestibular side. A bur, cutters and chisels are used to collect the bone autograft, and the bone autograft is fragmented into 2 bone autograft blocks consisting of the cortical layer, using a disc cutter. The bone autograft blocks are installed on the upper jaw in the area of the defect and fixed with orthodontic screws from the vestibular side. The bone chips are obtained from the second block of the bone autograft and are mixed with bone material and placed in the area of the resulting diastasis, and the restored defect is covered with a collagen membrane, and the edges of the wounds are aligned and sutured layer by layer.
