成果简介NOVELTY - A metal-composite cylinder comprises a thin-walled sealing liner in the form of a hollow, equal-thickness cylindrical shell with profile bottoms that are in contact and welded, in at least one of the bottoms, along the perimeter of the through hole with pole fittings, and an outer power shell made of a composite material formed by combination of multi-zone families of layers of high-modulus fibers of a reinforcing material oriented in spiral and circumferential directions with specified linear densities. The liner is made of cold drawn thin-walled sheet of metastable austenitic stainless steel having a relative elongation under tension of at least 55-60% with an anisotropy coefficient, of 0.8 or less, which is the ratio of logarithmic deformations along the length to deformations along the width, a carbon equivalent (Ceq) of 0.55% or less, a ratio of the equivalent value for chromium (Creq) to the equivalent value for nickel (Nieq) of 1.3-1.8, and a ferrite number (Fn) of 10 or less. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A metal-composite cylinder comprises a thin-walled sealing liner in the form of a hollow, equal-thickness cylindrical shell with profile bottoms that are in contact and welded, in at least one of the bottoms, along the perimeter of the through hole with pole fittings, and an outer power shell made of a composite material formed by a combination of multi-zone families of layers of high-modulus fibers of a reinforcing material oriented in spiral and circumferential directions with specified linear densities. The liner is made of cold drawn thin-walled sheet of metastable austenitic stainless steel having a relative elongation under tension of at least 55-60% with an anisotropy coefficient, of 0.8 or less, which is the ratio of logarithmic deformations along the length to deformations along the width, a carbon equivalent (Ceq) of 0.55% or less, a ratio of the equivalent value for chromium (Creq) to the equivalent value for nickel (Nieq) of 1.3-1.8, a ferrite number (Fn) of 10 or less, a pitting resistance equivalency number (PREN) value of more than 22, a temperature of the onset of martensitic transformation manganese (Ms) of -350° C, and a temperature (Md30) of less than -170° C. The middle cylindrical portion of the liner shell has an austenitic microstructure throughout its entire volume, containing 4-6 vol.% or less mixture of fine-grained lower bainite and fine-grained network martensite. The shape-generating profiles of the liner bottoms are selected from the condition of equality of the meridional and annular deformations of the cylinder as a whole, arising under the action of the working pressure, and their maximum depth is determined in compliance with the limitation during their formation by means of cold plastic deformation. The material of the liner bottom throughout the volume also has an austenitic microstructure containing 10-12 vol.% or less deformation α '-martensite when examined in a transverse section, and in the contact zone with the pole metal fittings the shape of the bottoms has the form of annular plates, the diameter of which is at least 10% greater than the maximum diameter of the contact plane of the fitting.
