| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - Invention can be used in food and pharmaceutical industries for production of sublimated food products, biologically active additives, pharmaceutical preparations. Atmospheric sublimation dryer of food products consists of air receiving units with smoothly controlled valves, filters, cooling sections, drying sections with fairings, mesh shelves, perforated trays, infrared heaters and temperature sensors, a fan and a circulating air duct. In the drying section, the product is laid on perforated trays installed on mesh shelves, cold air is directed by fairings with an opening angle of 8…15° through the drying section so that it passes through the product on the baking sheet, at which after the first stage of high-speed freezing at temperature of −15…−35 °C Infrared rays are exposed in the wavelength range of 1.4 to 15 mcm from installed infrared heaters so that ice crystals inside the product are excited and, acquiring energy, they pass into the vapor phase, which moves to the surface of the product, and then is taken by air until drying is completed, that is reaching temperature inside product 35…45 °C.
