An electronic unit is housed within a first section of the chassis, and powers and operates the wheelbarrow. A steering unit (102) is mounted on the first section of the chassis, and coupled to the transmission arrangement and the electronic unit. A detachably mountable container (122) is mounted on the second distinct section of the chassis. USE - Electrically powered wheelbarrow for transporting heavy material over short distances. ADVANTAGE - The wheelbarrow enables efficient transfer of the material over short distances. The wheelbarrow saves time and effort of workers, and improves safety in a workplace when a transaxle is fitted with an electromagnetic braking system.
