| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - Invention relates to working elements of centrifugal spreaders of fertilizers and other loose materials. Working member of dry mixtures distributor contains a disk, which has the shape of composite 8-beam star, on beams of which long and short blades are fixed with possibility of replacement. At the same time short blades are made with possibility to change their length, but not more than length of long blades. All blades have the shape of a truncated cone and are made with L-shaped sides, and under the long blades there are balls in the cavity to eliminate unbalance. Besides, the disc is fixed on the housing, in which there is a rolling bearing and a swinging elastic hinge in contact with the rolling bearing. Rolling bearing cover is attached to each blade and presses the rolling bearing down from above. USE - Agricultural machine building. ADVANTAGE - Invention will allow simplifying the design of the working element, reducing labor intensity and increasing its service life. |
