成果简介NOVELTY - The method involves adding (102) sodium potassium niobate sol into organic piezoelectric polymer solution at a predetermined temperature and with a predetermined ratio of the polymer to the sol. The mixed solution of the sol and the polymer is stirred (104) for a predetermined amount of time. The mixed solution is filtered (106) with a preset pore size filter. A lead free piezoelectric composite is deposited (108) on a substrate for optionally patterning a film. Patterning of the lead free piezoelectric composite material film is carried out using tape liftoff method utilizing a peel off assist layer deposited on the substrate for facile removal using tape. USE - Method for synthesizing and patterning lead free piezoelectric composite material for use in sensors, actuators, energy harvesters, and biomedical imaging field. ADVANTAGE - The method enables providing lead-free, environment-friendly, so that piezoelectric materials that possess equal or better electromechanical coupling coefficients can be high-performed .
