| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - Apparatus for diffusion-based surface treatment of a substrate (106), comprises a spray gun (103) to generate a flame (105). An extension (104) to hold a spray gun. Multiple of cylinders filled with fuel and carrier gases (101), and a manipulator (102), where the manipulator is configured in a way to control the motion of the spray gun in the X-Y plane and the apparatus is configured to propel the flame by using a pressurized gas in a range of 9-12 bar and the other entities at the controlled rates and speeds towards the substrate. USE - Apparatus for diffusion-based surface treatment of a substrate. ADVANTAGE - The apparatus proposes a novel, effective, clean, and environmentally friendly surface treatment process for steels, eliminates the usage of harmful ammonia gas during surface treatment, there is no need for highly skilled laborers for experimentation compared to conventional diffusion-based treatments, very useful in saving energy and cost because of short-period operation, and there is no size limitation for the substrate.
