成果简介NOVELTY - Disclosed is a method of producing tea, which involves wilting leaves of fireweed in a mixture with leaves of redhaw hawthorn, or sour cherry, or common pear, or St. John's wort, or wild strawberry, or creamy strawberry, or red raspberry, or field mint, or common agrimony, or common plum, or black currant, or heal-all, or nodding sage, or domestic apple, wherein withering is carried out by placing said raw material in a layer on racks with forced blowing and turning at temperature of 21–23 °C, to a relative humidity of 52–54 %, after drying, the raw material is milled in an electric meat grinder MIM 600 with a diaphragm installed at the outlet with calibrated holes, the diameter of which is 2.0–2.5 mm, and the length of the obtained granules, which are cut by rotating knives installed on the outer surface of the diaphragm, is 2.3–3.0 mm, then fermentation is carried out in a glass container for up to 2 hours and then the product is dried to a residual moisture content of 7 %.
