成果简介NOVELTY - The method involves monitoring voltages of each cell within a battery, and setting an adjustable boost voltage for the battery based on the monitored cell voltages. The boost voltage is reduced by a predetermined value, when the cell voltage is imbalanced. The battery is charged up to the reduced boost voltage, and a relaxation period is provided for the cells after the charging. Equalization of the cell values is checked after the relaxation period. The voltage is adjusted to a reduced level in a subsequent charging cycle based on determined imbalance in the voltages during cell equalization.
