| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - Producing rolled products with high mechanical properties and a fine-grained structure from deformable, non-thermally hardened alloys of aluminum-magnesium system containing from 4.5-6% magnesium, comprises multi-pass rolling of an ingot on a hot rolling mill to obtain a recrystallized hot-rolled strip blank containing a cubic texture, subsequent cold rolling and final annealing, carrying out hot rolling mill at a rolling end temperature in the temperature of 350-360° C and a degree of deformation of more than 30%, and in which a deformed structure remains, completely transforming into a recrystallized structure by static recrystallization with formation of an equiaxed fine-grained structure with a conditional average grain diameter of 25-35 μ m and grain orientation, forming a mixed texture, carrying out subsequent cold deformation and annealing at a temperature of 490-510° C with a holding time of 2 hours to undergo complete recrystallization with a grain size of 8-12 μ m. USE - The method is useful for producing rolled products with high mechanical properties and a fine-grained structure from deformable, non-thermally hardened alloys of aluminum-magnesium system.
