成果简介NOVELTY - The assembly has a stator core (101) formed with stator lamination sectors assembled together to form a circular lamination. The stator core is formed with a composite teeth slot (110) to house composite stator teeth (109). A slot (108) is provided in between the composite stator teeth to house a multi-phase winding. A stator frame is provided along with a ventilation space connected to an outer surface of the stator core using a key slot (104). A blower is mounted at a top of the stator frame through a flange through a ventilation duct. A double-layer multi-phase copper winding is placed in the slots created by the composite stator teeth inserted in a stator core bore (103) of a hollow cylindrical stack of circular laminations. USE - Stator assembly for a high temperature superconducting synchronous machine. ADVANTAGE - The assembly can manage thermal load of a stator winding and the stator core along with a forced air ventilation generated by an external blower, thus maintaining temperatures of active components of a stator well within insulation class limits for operating conditions for enhancing overall thermal behavior along with improving operational life, and reducing overall size and weight of the machine.
