成果简介NOVELTY - High strength hot rolled steel sheet, comprises alloying composition of: 0.02-0.06 wt.% carbon; 0.8-1.3 wt.% manganese; 0.1-0.4 wt.% silicon; 0.0001-0.015 wt.% phosphorous; 0.0001-0.005 wt.% sulfur; 0.03-0.05 wt.% aluminum; combination proportion of up to 0.25 wt.% niobium and titanium; 0.0001-0.006 wt.% nitrogen; and iron being remainder of the composition along with incidental elements, where the microstructure of the sheet comprises 10-50 vol.% of bainitic ferrite phase and balance being polygonal ferrite phase. USE - The steel sheet is useful in automotive body component (claimed) e.g. in buildings, maritime vehicles, tools, automobiles, machines, and bridges. ADVANTAGE - The method enables manufacture of high-strength hot-rolled steel sheet with high yield strength, ultimate tensile strength of 540-700 MPa, and yield strength of 490-575 MPa with hole expansion ratio of greater than 100%. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: (1) manufacturing the steel sheet; and (2) automotive body component comprising the steel sheet.
