成果简介NOVELTY - Polyurethane foam waste based paver blocks composition comprises 15-30 wt.% cement having volume in the range of 350-400 kg/m3, 65-75 wt.% aggregate having volume in the range of 1100-1200 kg/m3 and 0.05-0.1 wt.% polyurethane foam waste having volume in the range of 1.1-1.2 kg/m3. USE - Polyurethane foam waste based paver blocks composition. ADVANTAGE - The polyurethane foam waste based paver blocks composition is a lightweight and porous material that allows water to pass through easily while resisting clogging. The composition reduces the amount of waste that ends up in landfills, and also provides a more effective and sustainable solution to traditional pervious concrete paver systems. The use of polyurethane foam waste in pervious concrete paver blocks reduces the risk of clogging and improves the overall performance of the system, and makes it an ideal solution for a variety of applications, including stormwater management, parking lots, driveways, and walkways. The polyurethane foam waste based paver blocks composition reduces the consumption of natural resources like fine aggregate. The mixture of polyurethane foam waste and concrete that results in a lightweight and porous material that allows water to pass through easily while resisting clogging. The use of pervious concrete paver blocks made with polyurethane foam waste as a solution for stormwater management and other applications where water infiltration is critical. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing polyurethane foam waste based paver blocks, which involves: (a) mixing of 20-30 wt.%, cement, 65-75 wt.%, aggregate with 5-10 wt.%, water to form a concrete, (b) mixing of 0.05-0.1 wt.%, polyurethane foam waste to the concrete to form a homogeneous mixture, (c) pouring the mixture into a paver mold to obtain a molded block, and (d) curing the molded blocks under condition to obtain the polyurethane foam waste based paver blocks composition
