| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - Phosphorylated lignin sulfonate (PSLS) (I) is new. USE - Phosphorylated lignin sulfonate used for preparing multifunctional textile (claimed) for apparels, home textiles and protective textiles. ADVANTAGE - The phosphorylated lignin sulfonate imparts chiefly the flame retardancy to textiles along with various multifunctional properties antibacterial, ultraviolet protection factor, and antioxidant properties, without hampering the fabric handle and other aesthetic properties of the fabric, and can provide multifunctional textiles with excellent flame retardancy with tremendous char forming capacity having selfextinguishable fire with no afterglow and after flame with other multifunctionality including 100% antibacterial property, excellent UPF (ultraviolet protection factor) and antioxidant property which helps in anti-ageing and also prevents cancer causing free radical generation from the finished fabrics, and provide eco-friendly, sustainable, and biocompatible finished textile products. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Phosphorylated lignin sulfonate (PSLS) of formula (I) is new. INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: 1. a method for preparing phosphorylated lignin sulfonate (PSLS) of formula (I); 2. a multifunctional textile, which comprises: a textile fabric, 10-12 add on % of a phosphorylated lignin sulfonate (PSLS) of formula (I), and cyanuric chloride which is linking the PSLS to the textile fabric; and 3. a method for preparing a multifunctional textile, which involves: (a) cationizing a textile fabric to obtain a cationized textile;(b) dipping the cationised textile in 15-20 wt.% aqueous solution of a phosphorylated lignin sulfonate (PSLS) of formula (I) to form a treated textile; and (c) immersing the treated textile in a cyanuric chloride solution to obtain a multifunctional textile. R1, R2=H, 1-6C alkyl and OR3; and R3=1-6C alkyl. |
