| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - Group of inventions relates to a composition for preparing an ophthalmic medicinal film based on a biodegradable polymer, characterized by the fact that it contains components taken at the following ratio, wt.%: dexpanthenol—2–3.0, hyaluronic acid—2.0, hydroxyethyl cellulose—0.5–1.5, poloxamer—0.5, glycerine—2.0, purified water—the rest, and also relates to a method of producing an eye film using a composition, characterized by the fact that in a volume of water purified in a reactor without heating, dexpanthenol 2.0–3.0 wt.% and glycerol 2.0 wt.% are dissolved while stirring at 40–60 rpm for 10–15 minutes, hyaluronic acid 2.0 wt.%, hydroxyethyl cellulose 0.5–1.5 wt.%, poloxamer 0.5 wt.%, stirring is continued at temperature of 20 °C for 30–40 minutes until complete dissolution and homogeneous distribution of components, obtained solution of active and auxiliary substances is poured into sterile molds and dried in a thermostat at temperature of 35–37 °C for 8–9 hours to a residual moisture content of 7%, finished film layer is cut into oval films with size of 5×6 mm and packed into a contour-cellular mono-package.
