| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - Invention relates to clinical anatomy, diagnostics and surgery, can be used to study architectonics of internal genital organs of males, as well as their vascularization. Animal is fixed in a supine position. Xylazine hydrochloride is administered intravenously. Testis is punctured at angle of 90° to the longitudinal axis of the testis from the side of the epididymis into the thickness of the testis parenchyma into mediastinum to 20 mm and 5 ml of 76% sodium amidotrizoate is introduced with further X-ray control. USE - Veterinary medicine. ADVANTAGE - Method increases the accuracy of the studies by puncturing the testis at angle of 90° to the longitudinal axis of the testis into the thickness of the testis parenchyma in the mediastinal region, reduces injuries due to fixation of the animal in the supine position; eliminates the use of anesthesia with its anesthetic risks due to the introduction of xylazine hydrochloride for sedation of the animal. 1 cl, 2 dwg, 1 ex |
