| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - The composite has a main phase comprising alloy materials, and a boundary phase comprising heavy rare earth alloy materials. The alloy materials are provided with iron, boron, rare earth element, and metal. The metal is contained with cobalt, aluminum, copper, zinc, silicon, titanium, vanadium, chromium, manganese, nickel, gallium, germanium, zirconium, niobium, molybdenum, palladium, silver, tin, hafnium, tantalum, or tungsten. The heavy rare earth materials are added to the boundary phase and the main phase. USE - Rare earth sintered magnet composite for use in hard disk, electrical vehicles, windmills and consumer electronics. Uses include but are not limited to magnetic disk drive, magnetic tape drive, magneto-optical disk drive and magneto optical disk drive. ADVANTAGE - The composite ensures high coercivity and high remanence and has uniform magnetism. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a method for preparing a rare earth sintered magnet composite comprising steps of: - preparing a main phase containing an alloy of materials Iron Fe.
