成果简介	NOVELTY - Producing feed with a feed additive in the form of expandate, comprises (a) grinding a mixture of wheat, soybean meal, gluten and starch, (b) moistening them in a horizontal mixer and feeding them for extrusion with high-protein components and a mineral-vitamin-enzyme complex, the resulting mixture is fattened with an oil-fat mixture based on fish oil and vegetable oil, mixed for at least 600 seconds, loosened and then fed for expansion into an expander, (c) processing is carried out at a humidity of up to 26%, then heating the to 105-110° C by introducing steam and applying friction, (d) then cooling the resulting expandate in a sifter-cooler and dispersed. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Producing feed with a feed additive in the form of expandate, comprises (a) grinding a mixture of wheat, soybean meal, gluten and starch, (b) moistening them in a horizontal mixer and feeding them for extrusion with high-protein components and a mineral-vitamin-enzyme complex, the resulting mixture is fattened with an oil-fat mixture based on fish oil and vegetable oil, mixed for at least 600 seconds, loosened and then fed for expansion into an expander, (c) processing is carried out at a humidity of up to 26%, then heating the to 105-110° C by introducing steam and applying friction, (d) then cooling the resulting expandate in a sifter-cooler and dispersed, where the mineral-vitamin-enzyme complex is pre-mixed in dry form comprising 3-3.1 pts. wt. antioxidant, 2-2.1 pts. wt. multienzyme complex, 1-1.1 pts. wt. probiotic based on Bacillus subtilis, 40-41 pts. wt. probiotic based on Bacillus subtilis, and mineral component comprising 9-9.3 pts. wt. mixture of essential amino acids, and a mixture of meat and bone meal, bone meal, blood meal and protein hydrolysates are used as a high-protein component.
