成果简介NOVELTY - Method for producing a colloidal solution of laser-ablated gold nanoparticles comprising 100 mg/ml or more gold with core diameter of up to 10 nm and coated with a biocompatible polymer involves subjecting a solution of laser-ablated uncoated gold nanoparticles to repeated cycles of evaporation and desalination with simultaneous separation of target gold nanoparticles uncoated with a biocompatible polymer while maintaining a constant molar ratio of gold nanoparticles and biocompatible polymer. USE - The method is useful for producing colloidal solution of laser-ablated gold nanoparticles for biomedical use. ADVANTAGE - The method produces a stable and highly concentrated colloidal solution of laser-ablated gold nanoparticles with diameter of up to 10 nm.
