成果简介NOVELTY - Recombinant plasmid pDN-33 expressing the cloned gene of Vibrio choleraedeoxyribonuclease (DNase) in Escherichia colistrains are new, where cloning of Vibrio choleraeDNase gene in commercial plasmid vector pQE30 is under control of the T5 promoter. USE - The plasmid is useful for obtaining E. colistrain JM109 pDN-33 (claimed). ADVANTAGE - None given. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for E. colistrain JM109 pDN-33, deposited in the state collection of pathogenic bacteria of the Federal State institution of science of the Russian anti-plague research institute microbe of rospotrebnadzor under number KM 2116, i.e. product obtained by transforming the recombinant plasmid pDN-33 into the E. colistrain JM109, and is a superproducer of V. choleraeDNase.
