| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - The system has a special electrode system immersed in wastewater to generate sufficient voltage and current. A combination of electrodes are connected in series and parallel to produce an output voltage of around 6V. An electronic circuitry converts the 6V direct current (DC) output to a high voltage output of around 1000V. An oscillator circuit uses transistors to convert the DC output to an oscillatory AC output. A step-up transformer circuit increases a low input voltage to a high voltage output. An output capacitor stores the high voltage. Two parallel metallic nets are connected to terminals of the capacitor. Blue LEDs attract mosquitoes towards the metallic nets. USE - Self-powered mosquito killing system for use electricity generated from wastewater for killing mosquito for preventing vector borne diseases e.g. malaria, dengue, yellow fever, chikungunya fever, and zika virus fever. ADVANTAGE - The system is portable and can directly be placed over those areas which act as a breeding ground of mosquito, and is chemical free, self-powered and doesn't require any external power source, so that the mosquitoes are ecologically killed, low carbon and environmental protection can be realized, the defects of the existing mosquito killing technology can be overcome. The ecological mosquito killer can be widely applied to a green space of a living community, the effect for reducing the mosquito density is remarkable, and the ecological mosquito killing device which is worth of being popularized. |
