成果简介NOVELTY - Preparing peri-implant osteogenic potential exhibiting insulin-like growth factor-1 (IGF-1) loaded neutral poly (lactic-co-glycolic acid) (PLGA) nanoparticles involves (a) preparing organic phase by dissolving PLGA in acetone and aqueous IGF-1 by stirring to form organic phase; (b) preparing aqueous phase by mixing polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) in water by stirring to form aqueous phase; (c) preparing water in oil-in-water emulsion by emulsification of organic phase drop by drop into aqueous phase under stirring to form a water-in-oil emulsion; (d) preparing IGF-1 loaded neutral PLGA nanoparticles by centrifuging the water-in-oil-in-water emulsion to form pellet I, suspending supernatant I and pellet I with MiliQ water, centrifuging to form pellet II and supernatant II, adding pellet II to sucrose solution followed by placing in freezer and freeze-drying in lyophilizer and lyophilizing to form IGF-1 loaded neutral PLGA nanoparticles, and storing, where the supernatant I and II are discarded. USE - Method for preparing peri-implant osteogenic potential exhibiting insulin-like growth factor-1 (IGF-1) loaded neutral poly (lactic-co-glycolic acid) (PLGA) nanoparticles. ADVANTAGE - The method enables enhancing encapsulation efficiency and sustained release of charged growth factor.
