成果简介NOVELTY - Invention relates to production of pipe from heat-resistant steel for steam turbine. Heat-resistant steel is melted containing components at the following content, wt.%: carbon 0.10–0.14, silicon 0.20–0.40, manganese 0.60–0.90, chromium 1.10–1.40, nickel ≤0.30, molybdenum 0.50–0.65, vanadium 0.25–0.40, copper ≤0.30, aluminum ≤0.007, sulfur ≤0.025, phosphorus ≤0.025, iron—the rest. Pipe is cast from steel on horizontal centrifugal machine of roller type. Pipe is thermally treated by preliminary tempering at 700–730 °C for 4 hours, normalization at temperature of 970–1,000 °C with air cooling and subsequent tempering at temperature of 730–760 °C for 5 hours.
