| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - Formulation comprises peptide nano-complexes for delivery of the peptide, each nano-complex comprising (a) cationic polymeric nanosphere comprises a polyethylene carbonate-based polymer is a poly(ethylene glycol)-bpoly(carbonate-{g-cationic chain}-co-lactide) polymer, where the cationic chain is attached via free carboxylic acid groups on the polymer; and (b) negatively charged peptides that electrostatically interact with the outer surface of the cationic nanosphere at neutral pH. USE - Formulation for improving complications induced by diabetes. Test details are described but no results given. ADVANTAGE - The method is simple, easy and rapid. The nanocomplex formulation has high stability at 37 °C, high bioavailability in-vivo, has extended circulation time, high cell uptake. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method of preparing a formulation comprising which involves (a) preparing blank cationic polymeric nanospheres composed of a polyethylene carbonate-based polymer being a poly(ethylene glycol)-b-poly(carbonate-{g-cationic chain}-co-lactide) polymer wherein the cationic chain is attached via free carboxylic acid groups on the polymer; and b. incubating at room temperature and neutral pH, the blank nanospheres with the peptide in a ratio of 10 : 0.01 to 1 : 100 of the blank nanospheres: the peptide, to obtain the peptide nanocomplexes. |
