| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - Invention relates to a method of producing tablets containing N-benzyl-N-methyl-1-phenylpyrrolo[1,2-α]pyrazine-3-carboxamide as an active substance, as well as excipients acceptable in pharmaceutical technology. Method of producing the tabletted form of N-benzyl-N-methyl-1-phenylpyrrolo[1,2-α]pyrazine-3-carboxamide is characterized by the fact that it has improved release in purified water (more than 80%) and 3% sodium lauryl solution ( more than 90%). Examples also show that tablets of N-benzyl-N-methyl-1-phenylpyrrolo[1,2-α]pyrazine-3-carboxamide, obtained using the methods described in this patent, are characterized by a reproducible result for the "Dissolution" test compared to by the method proposed earlier. USE - Medicine; pharmaceutics.
