Method is characterized by that detection of Clostridium sporogenes is carried out by amplification of gerKA gene section using developed primers and probe, detection of Clostridium perfringens is carried out by amplification of the plc gene section using the developed primers and a probe, detection of the Clostridium sordellii species is carried out by amplification of a portion of the NanS gene using the developed primers and a probe.
