成果简介NOVELTY - The method involves calculating instability coefficient of radio relay interval (RRI) in specifying data categories and requirements for transmitting categories of data. Calculated values of the instability coefficients of the RRI for gradation of transmission speed are compared with required value of the RRI to determine maximum data transfer rate. Information directions are set in a multiservice network. Main and alternative routes are determined in information directions of the multiservice network based on the instability coefficients of radio relay interval. Data from the TPS and DPS between RRI of main route and RRI of alternative route is dynamically redistributed such that requirements for stability of information directions during transmission of data from the TPS are met and maximum possible probability of timely transmission of data from the DPS in information directions of the multiservice network is achieved.
