成果简介	NOVELTY - The method involves making a decision by a person using brainstorming process. An equal number of arguments both for and against proposed decision is obtained. Two opposing test questions are asked for arguments. Answers to test questions are awarded in the form of points. Results of the answers are combined into groups for and against and summed up. A decision is determined based on difference in scores between groups. The decision is checked for statistical significance. Experts are involved in conducting a brainstorming.
