| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - Manufacture of low-molecular, highly reactive polyisobutylene involves polymerizing isobutylene in presence of catalytic system consisting of aluminum chloride and diisopropyl ether in toluene. The catalyst system is prepared by adding aluminum chloride and diisopropyl ether in a toluene medium, using isobutylene-containing fractions with an isobutylene content of 15-45 wt.% as raw materials, and polymerizing at 10-40° C. The molar ratio of aluminum chloride and diisopropyl ether in the catalyst system is 1:1, and the concentration of the aluminum chloride and diisopropyl ether catalyst system is 20.0-45 wt.%.
