USE - Diagnosis kit for Brucellosis plate Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) antibody. ADVANTAGE - The kit is optimized in such a format that it is used directly at farms in penside format using handheld ELISA reader. The ELISA is optimized for antibody-based diagnosis of Brucellosis in animals and human beings. The kit has comparable sensitivity and specificity, and maintains the Brucella melitensis isolate and optimized protocol to isolate LPS.
