| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - Method for using a platelet rich fibrin (PRF) membrane to form a keratinized gum during dental implantation involves (a) obtaining a fibrin clot, placing the fibrin clot extracted from the test tube in a PRF box for pressing and providing the shape of a membrane, (b) preparing a horizontal incision in the mucosa along the alveolar ridge in the center between the borders of its attachment on the vestibular and oral sides, and peeling the attached mucosa to the level of the transitional fold, (c) installing a dental implant, (d) performing a two-layer isolation of the implantation zone by applying the first layer comprising a round PRF membrane covering the implant and protruding beyond its borders by 2-3 mm, and the second layer comprising a PRF membrane covering the entire recipient zone, and (e) pulling the edges of the attached mucosa together, and applying nodal sutures. USE - The method is useful for using PRF membrane to form keratinized gum during dental implantation. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Method for using a platelet rich fibrin (PRF) membrane to form a keratinized gum during dental implantation involves (a) obtaining a fibrin clot from 5 ml of the patient's venous blood before the operation by centrifuging in a test tube for 15 minutes at a rotation speed of 2000 revolutions per minute (rpm), placing the fibrin clot extracted from the test tube in a PRF box for pressing and providing the shape of a membrane, (b) preparing a horizontal incision in the mucosa along the alveolar ridge in the center between the borders of its attachment on the vestibular and oral sides, and peeling the attached mucosa to the level of the transitional fold, (c) installing a dental implant, (d) performing a two-layer isolation of the implantation zone by applying the first layer comprising a round PRF membrane covering the implant and protruding beyond its borders by 2-3 mm, and the second layer comprising a PRF membrane covering the entire recipient zone, and (e) pulling the edges of the attached mucosa together, and applying nodal sutures. |
