| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - Preparing gold nanoparticles comprise: (a) preparing a crude flower extract of Madhuca indicain ethanol; (b) providing an aqueous solution of tetrachloroauric(III) acid trihydrate (HAuCl4.3H2O); (c) mixing the flower extract of Madhuca indicawith the aqueous solution of tetrachloroauric(III) acid trihydrate with constant stirring to obtain the colloidal solution containing gold nanoparticles; and (d) centrifuging the colloidal solution to obtain gold nanoparticles. USE - Method for preparing gold nanoparticles for anticancer activity against head and neck squamous cell carcinoma and oral squamous cell carcinoma (claimed). No biological data given. ADVANTAGE - The method provides gold nanoparticles that eliminate the use of toxic chemicals, can be used in combination with existing drugs, to enhance its efficiency as well to reduce the side effects over long term usage of chemical drugs, can serve as effective carriers for delivering anti-cancer agents to tumor sites, exhibits small size, large surface area and unique physicochemical properties for efficient loading and delivery of therapeutic agents, thus improving their efficacy. The gold nanoparticles exhibit excellent biocompatibility, which are less likely to induce adverse reaction or toxicity in body, and exhibits synergistic effect.
