成果简介NOVELTY - Monitoring gas flow through a layer during heat treatment on a conveyor machine, comprises using pressure gauge above the layer of material, where the narrowing device is placed in the grate field of the trolley, and the narrowing device is equipped with gas outlets through which the pressure drop is measured when the gas flow passes through it. USE - The method is useful for monitoring gas flow through a layer during heat treatment on a conveyor machine. ADVANTAGE - The method: increases the reliability of measurements and control of the uneven distribution of gas across the width of the sintering surface; reduces the labor intensity of measurements; utilizes the narrowing device combined with other measuring systems that ensure the assessment of temperature, static pressure, gas composition, determination of the position of diagnostic pallets on a conveyor machine, determination of gas permeability based on actual measurements of flow rate and static pressure.
