成果简介NOVELTY - Heteroatoms-doped Graphene Quantum Dots (GQDs) photocatalyst (I) is new. USE - Heteroatoms-doped Graphene Quantum Dots (GQDs) photocatalyst used for the oxidative integrating of benzylamines under solar light. ADVANTAGE - The photocatalyst is synthesized by doping hetero-atoms of higher photocatalytic activity as compared to oxygen-doped graphene quantum dots (O-GQDs) due to slow recombination charges, increases the photocatalytic activity in solar light responsive integrating reactions of amines in aerobic conditions, utilizes less expensive chemicals with eco-friendly procedure and does not release toxic by-products while synthesis to minimize the adverse environmental impact. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Heteroatoms-doped Graphene Quantum Dots (GQDs) photocatalyst of formula (I) is new. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for synthesis of photocatalyst.
