成果简介	NOVELTY - Surfactant free fluorinated polyacrylate emulsion comprises 4-20 wt.% alkali soluble resins (ASRs), 5-30 wt.% fluorinated acrylates, 5-30 wt.% acrylate derivative, 0.2-1.2 wt.% sodium meta sulfite, 0.2-1.2 wt.% tert-butyl hydrogen peroxide, and 30-80 wt.% water. USE - Surfactant free fluorinated polyacrylate emulsion used for hydrophobic coating application. ADVANTAGE - The emulsion enhances the gloss properties, corrosion resistance, adhesion towards metals, and low and high temperature stability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparing surfactant free fluorinated polyacrylate emulsion, which involves stirring 4-20 wt.% an alkali soluble resins (ASRs) in 30-80 wt.% water under condition-obtain a mixture adding 0.5-1.5 wt.% ammonia solution dropwise in the mixture with stirring till the complete dissolution of ASR-obtain an ASR solution, adding 5-30 wt.% a fluorinated acrylates and 5-30 wt.% acrylate derivative-the ASR solution drop wise-form a pre-emulsion and homogenizing pre-emulsion under condition-form miniemulsion and e) processing the miniemulsion to form a surfactant free fluorinated polyacrylate emulsion.
