成果简介NOVELTY - Enzymatic formulation comprises ligninase, cellulase, β-glucosidase along and an activity enhancer. USE - Enzymatic formulation used for in situ treatment of agricultural waste (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The formulation has 90% degradation efficiency. The biosurfactant enhances the surface activity of enzymes and hydrophilicity of the enzyme mix towards the agricultural biomass. The in situ treatment of agricultural waste in the cropping field is carried out in a simple and easy manner, and it does not require transportation from the field to the site, does not involve any harmful chemicals and thus avoids pollution. The treated agricultural waste is ploughed back in the fields and need not be burned, and complete treatment is achieved within a time span of 10 to 30 days. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for method for in situ treatment of agricultural waste using the enzymatic formulation, which involves: (1) pre-treatment of the agricultural waste biomass with an alkaline aqueous solution (pH 7.5-8.5); (2) treating with an aqueous buffer solution after 5-7 days of pre-treatment; (3) treating the pre-treated field with the enzymatic formulation twice after 3-5 days of pre-treatment of step (2) by spraying and leaving for 10-12 days; and (4) intermittently treating the field with the enzymatic formulation in every 5 days and ploughing again after 7 days till day 30 for complete treatment.
