成果简介NOVELTY - Cementless interlock block comprises 20-30 wt.% soil,10-20 wt.% ground granulated blast furnace slag (GGBS), 20-30 wt.% lime, 20 wt.% fine aggregate, 20-30 wt.% coarse aggregate, and water, where the cementless interlock block with dimension length 15cm; breadth 15 cm and height 7.5 cm. USE - Cementless interlock block used as a dry stacking block, or used with mortar. ADVANTAGE - The cementless interlock blocks improves compressive strength, less water absorption capacity, high density and cost effective. The cementless interlock blocks are an innovative alternative to conventional construction materials and has advantages, such as reduced carbon emissions and enhanced sustainability, environmentally friendly and do not rely on traditional cement-based materials. The interlock blocks, density plays a significant role in their structural integrity, durability, and load-bearing capacity. The low water absorption properties of interlock blocks has compressive strength, density, and dimensional accuracy, to ensure the suitability and long-term performance in specific applications. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method of manufacture of cementless interlock block involves obtaining a multiple of raw materials from one or more source; proportionating a specific quantity of each of the obtained multiple of raw materials; producing a block composition by mixing the proportionated specific quantity of each of the raw materials by mixing methods; molding the produced block composition; drying the molded block composition by drying methods; and demolding the dried block composition.
