成果简介	NOVELTY - Solid agrochemical composition comprises at least one strigolactone analog; or, comprises strigolactone analog selected from the nijmegen-1 compound (II) or a methyl 3-methylpentanoate compound (III), 0.1-50 wt.% surfactant, and 10-99 wt.% carrier. USE - Solid agrochemical composition used for controlling growth of unwanted parasitic plants/weeds. No biological data is given. ADVANTAGE - The composition is stable. The method reduces Striga emergence leading to growth of host plant. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: 1. a method for preparing the granular agrochemical composition which involves: (a) preparing a mixture comprising at least one strigolactone analog and at least one surfactant in at least one solvent; (b) converting the mixture of step (a) into the granular agrochemical composition; and (c) coating the granular agrochemical composition obtained in step (b) with a coating agent; 2. a method for preparing the wettable powder agrochemical composition which involves: (a) mixing of at least one strigolactone analog, at least one surfactant and at least one carrier in a suitable mixer to obtain a mixture; and (b) grinding the mixture to obtain the wettable powder agrochemical composition; and 3. a method for controlling growth of unwanted parasitic plants/weeds, swhich involves applying a solid agrochemical composition comprising at least one strigolactone analog, to soil for inducing/stimulating Striga seed germination, before sowing crop seeds.
