成果简介	NOVELTY - The system has a memory (103) for storing instructions. A processor (101) executes instructions to obtain physical parameters associated with a wound from a user. The processor determines an ulcer quotient by the processor based on multiple physical parameters, and obtain an image of ulcer. Multiple sensors (107) determine segmentation index associated with the image based on an ulcer quotient. The processor determines a stage associated with ulcer based on the segmentation index. The processor controls display of a stage using a communication interface (105) based on determination, where segmentation index is provided with numerical values associated with a necrosis tissue, a fibrin tissue and a granulation tissue. USE - System for detecting a stage of pressure ulcers i.e. bed sore or pressure sore, in a patient body. Uses include but are not limited to a human body, a non-human body, an animal body and a plant body. ADVANTAGE - The system provides accurate stage detection aids healthcare professionals in determining appropriate course of action, wound care, infection management, and potential surgical interventions.
