成果简介NOVELTY - The method involves collecting signals from message sources. The signals are synchronized in time. A compacted signal is formed from the collected synchronized messages represented by an N-bit binary code. Following information formation and transmission operations are performed. Data and message redundancy is reduced. Bit interleaving and error-correcting coding with introduction of redundant binary code check symbols and primary modulation are performed to convert binary code symbols into a pulsed binary code with two states. Secondary modulation is performed based on a change in a state of carrier frequency of a radio signal according to law of change in amplitudes and fronts of pulses during the primary modulation. Initial stream of binary code symbols represented by pulse signals of the polarity is obtained on a transmitting side. Durations are replaced by a compressed logical ternary code with duplicate symbols based on fulfillment of relationships.
