| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - The system (100) has an electric circuit (110) with multiple super-capacitors (Sc1 to Sc4) having pre-defined capacitance (C1 to C12), where the set of switches (S1 to S5) is adapted to couple a battery (120) of an ego-vehicle to the electric circuit. The battery comprises multiple strings of cells (122) that are arranged in a pre-defined configuration. A controller (112) is electrically coupled with the electric circuit, and is configured to monitor real-time electric parameters of at least one of the strings coupled with the set of switches. The controller matches the monitored electric parameters of strings with corresponding threshold parameters. The electric parameters comprise any or a combination of voltage, state-of-charge (SoC), rate of charge flow, duty-cycle, balancing current, and electric power. USE - System for facilitating active cell balancing for an ego-vehicle i.e. electric car using super-capacitor i.e. auxiliary power source for supplying electric power. ADVANTAGE - The system provides an efficient, reliable, and user-friendly solution for facilitating active cell balancing, and reduces systems complexity as it balances strings instead of each cell suitable for high voltage battery, and also increases efficiency and eliminates losses that occur in cell balancing in existing systems. The system feeds excess power to super capacitor instead of resistor, during cell balancing, so this excess power is used either in upcoming drive cycle or is fed back to battery.
